Responsibilities would include but not limited to:
Being friendly, greeting, and asking customers if they need help
Contacting Salespeople that their clients have arrived
Answering and transferring phone calls to the appropriate department
Daily bank, tax office, and post office runs
Contacting clients when their license plates come in
Filing and copying
Stocking in inventory

Experienced Sales Person
Represent and promote the sales department operations in a courteous and cordial manner, which insures customer confidence and maximum efficiency for the business. Coordinate activities and cooperate with other departments of the business. Sell whole goods, parts and labor service at all times.
Experienced Parts Counter Person
Must have prior knowledge in equipment/automotive diagrams, familiar with parts and small engines, retail, and customer service.
Moving equipment between the dealership's display area, shop, storage facility, and the pick-up point.
Driving and handling all equipment responsibly to ensure damage prevention, and protecting dealership property at all times.
Ensuring the cleanliness of the interiors and exteriors of equipment on the lot.
Providing assistance with keeping the shop/lot clean and tidy at all times.
Driving off-site to run dealership errands when required.
Pick up/Drop off customer equipment
Performing basic maintenance tasks, such as changing batteries and filling up on gas, oil, and other fluids.
Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
Working knowledge of basic equipment maintenance would be advantageous.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
