Position Overview:
The Sales Representative is responsible for assisting customers with their equipment needs, building strong relationships, and driving sales of Kubota tractors, implements, and related equipment. Bilingual candidates (English/Spanish) are highly preferred to better serve our diverse customer base.
Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate equipment solutions
Maintain product knowledge of Kubota tractors and attachments
Generate and follow up on sales leads
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
Meet or exceed sales goals
Assist with equipment display and maintaining showroom appearance
Qualifications:
Sales experience preferred (equipment or automotive sales is a plus)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Basic computer skills
Valid driver’s license
