Adam is our Sales Manager. He holds a Business Degree from St. Edward’s University, and his interests include fishing, golfing, and playing video games.

Brynna is our General Manager. She attended the University of Central Oklahoma and spent nine years working in the Oklahoma oilfield, building a strong work ethic and deep understanding of operations. In her free time, Brynna enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with her three dogs.

Morgan is our Office Manager. She holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas (hook ‘em horns!) and enjoys scuba diving, lake activities, organizing, and interior design. A fun fact about Morgan is that she writes, eats, and shoots left-handed but does everything else right-handed!

Abi is our receptionist and helps create a welcoming experience for everyone. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, spending quality time with family and friends, and has a serious love for matcha.

Barry is our Inventory Manager. In his free time, he enjoys theatrical sound design for local theater and home improvement projects at home.

Bert is a graduate of Stroman High School in Victoria, Texas (Class of 1991). He built a long and successful career as a natural gas compressor mechanic and pipeline technician, ultimately retiring from the oil pipeline industry. Outside of work, Bert enjoys the outdoors and values spending quality time with his four granddaughters.

Billy is our Delivery Driver and holds a CDL. He’s a retired Assistant Chief Fire Fighter, and in his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family and grandkids.

Brayden graduated from Texas State Technical College with an associate’s degree in Diesel Technology. He is a Kubota Certified Technician and a certified MIG welder.

Chris is one of our Sales Representatives. In his free time, he enjoys building guns and hunting. A fun fact about Chris is that he’s a Wyoming Transplant and grew up farming and ranching.

Christian is one of our Technicians and a Certified Kubota Parts Pro. He went to Brazosport College and has played guitar for over ten years. In his free time, Christian enjoys working with equipment and vehicles.

Ed is one of our Technicians at Bobby Ford Tractor and Equipment. He’s a Wyotech Graduate, U.S. Army Veteran, and currently holds a Kubota Master Technician certification.

EJ brings 15+ years of experience in retail parts sales and in the equipment rental industry. In his free time, he enjoys hunting, fishing, doing small engine repair as well as home improvement projects. He also enjoys spending time with his family and grandbaby.

Erin is the Parts Manager and a Certified Kubota Parts Pro. She joined the team in 2024 and is dedicated to running a smooth, efficient parts department. Outside of work, she enjoys making memories with her children and loved ones.

A graduate of Texas State Technical College in Heavy Diesel Equipment, he has a lifelong passion for fixing things. Outside of work, he enjoys working on cars and hands-on projects.

Jaycob is one of our Sales Representatives and has been with Bobby Ford Tractor and Equipment for four years. In his free time, Jaycob enjoys traveling, learning, and doing anything outdoors.

He began his career as a welder and millwright, gaining 10 years of experience before transitioning into heavy equipment. He started as a forklift mechanic and has been a certified Kubota technician for the past two years. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and fishing.

Kamryn is our Service Writer and a Certified Kubota Parts Pro. She’s obsessed with cheetah print and caffeine, and in her free time, she enjoys shopping, traveling, and making memories with her husband, daughter, and son. She's been part of the equipment industry since 2020 and brings a wealth of knowledge to help customers with their equipment needs.

Marlena is the Rental Coordinator and Outside Sales Manager with over 15 years of experience in the chemical industry. She is a graduate of Brazosport College and brings extensive industry knowledge and customer-focused expertise to her role. Outside of work, Marlena enjoys cheering on her favorite NFL and MLB teams, singing karaoke, and indulging her passion as a true crime junkie.

Noe has a background in material handling and heavy equipment in the chemical field, with hands-on experience supporting operations and equipment needs. Outside of work, he enjoys video games and has a strong interest in high-performance American cars.

Roger is our Shop Foreman and has 20+ years of equipment experience. He attended Kilgore College and SW Texas University, served in the U.S. Army, and currently holds a Kubota Master Technician certification.
